That’s because for having someone like Pete Willis on it, it sucks.
Mutt Lange wasn’t involved but if memory serves, they had the Def Leppard engineer.
And to me it sounds like a horrible watered down version of Def Leppard.

It’s not unlistenable, but it’s not very good.
Kind of a textbook example of a guy who leaves/is fired from a successful band and then makes a new band modeled after the old band to a T.
But the chemistry that makes bands successful is a special thing. You can’t just do it all over again.
