So how does that work?? Stern asked the question, and Jons reply was, It was like buying a house, "what mine is mine, what's yours is yours" . Makes no sense to me.

They co-wrote just about all the hits. So the buyer, gets half a song??? Or would they just be getting Richie's royalties and have no rights to sell the songs to commercials or whatever.
