Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl announced that he welcomed a baby “outside of” his marriage to Jordyn Blum and is working to “regain” his wife’s “trust.”

“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he wrote on Instagram Tuesday. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

Grohl concluded his message by saying he and his family were “grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved” as they “move forward together.”

The “Smells Like Teen Spirit” singer, 55, did not disclose any information about his newborn’s mother in his post.

Grohl and Blum, 48, tied the knot in their Los Angeles home on August 2, 2003.

The couple share three children together: Violet Maye, Harper Willow and Ophelia Saint, whom they welcomed in 2006, 2009 and 2014, respectively.

There's been rumors for a long time about Grohl having affairs. It's not a secret. I have no idea if him and his wife have an open marriage or not, but it's definitely not the smartest move to knock up your mistress, especially when you are married and worth millions. Use a condom and save yourself the drama. But nobody ever said rock stars were smart guys. Meanwhile his daughters have deleted their Instagram accounts.

Haha, I don't know how much I trust her, but it's just always true that every time there's some celebrity that everyone just faps over because he/she is "zomg the best person, like so epic, he's just so perfect in every way, he does everything right, i loveeeee him i can't wait to pay to see his hologram on stage when im 60", there's always something that comes out, and everyone is like zomg he's not perfect.

I’d imagine the mother signed an ironclad NDA for a huge sum to have Dave announce this instead of her selling the story and doing interviews about the situation, similar to drake getting the porn star pregnant. Dave’s wife will probably write a book and go on Oprah to talk about it eventually.
