I've heard a lot of negative talk about Bret's Parti-Gras, but I've yet to hear from someone who has been there. Did any of you Sludgers give it a chance?

Parti-Gras is my life I don’t need the tour
Hangout on the beach- in my beach chair- drinking ice cold Hawaiian Punch -pizza from beach cafe
I can look up Raine Michaels Instagram whenever I want
Version of Parti Gras is coming to casino week away- 70 miles away with Vince Neil and Parti Gras Michaels
Got free 150$ ticket if i want it- with strip club after
All that requires missing beach day- be day of decision of what i do
I will keep you updated

Do Vince and Bret take the stage together at the end?

We had a day off on tour and went to the pnc show as something funny to do for free. Whoever said this tour lost money is delusional. God knows how many $16 beers they sold that night and the venue was packed. Bret playing bongos with sugar gay singer was fun.

M3...ended the 2nd night....all the usual poison/cover songs...midway through Dee Snider takes over for 3 songs then they both close things out ( silent auction) awkward.
Lot of Palm trees...Jimmy Buffet-ese vibe....its a brand that works...

With the exception of Night Ranger the lineup's have been laughable, a bunch of scab singers. Augeri singing Journey songs and none that he actually recorded with the band. I'd rather go see a cover band than him. Dee and Don Felder? Hard pass. And lets not Forget Bret doing the a short set of the same songs he always does, plus some covers. hard pass

Just because it’s “packed” doesn’t mean everyone paid for their ticket.
Anyone if this was heavily papered like last year ?

There's a video of Night Ranger backstage right before they take the stage and Jack is clearly heard asking, "so what is this? Some kind of Marti Gras theme?". Dude was about to go on stage and had no idea what tour was about.
BTW, Pete....when doing the jams when do you guys determine who's taking what solos?

I'd def go if the venue was right. It seems all about the party, and every MILF in town shows up, so that part is good. It just needs to happen where the good looking MILFs are, then I'm in!

Ha..don't know about the Milfs, but you kinda nailed it. Just about hanging out having some beers and listening to a bunch of great tunes. Anyone who's going to these doesn't want to hear the deep cuts..or care how many og members are around.. Keep the price right and this is a cool package tour.

Dog shit good time stuff that sadly the majority loves.
Poison ain’t the greatest but he’s losing precious time being the hair metal Dave Grohl

They should at least offer a discount on PBR for only $9.

I saw it in February at Mohegan Sun. My daughter was going and needed a ride. I ended up getting a ticket on TickPick for like $25. Firehouse opened. I think this show was a reschedule from last year.
Sludge shits on Bret, but he seems like a genuine dude who enjoys what he does and puts on a fun show and seems very appreciative of the people who show up.
I'd rather see Poison but Party-Gras was a fun show.
It's kinda shitty he doesn't throw the OG Poison dudes a bone more frequently but if the tickets are selling I can't fault the guy.
As far as this summers show, I'm a big TS fan but I don't need to hear I Wanna Rock and Were Not Gonna Take it, but I get it.
