Personally, I'd still love to see Augueri or Hugo in the band. Augueri might have the edge since he was already in as the first replacement a few decades ago.

He doesn't sing the highest notes in pure full voice. He switches to a bastardized falsetto, with less air/volume.
I'm pretty sure his pipes would crap out at some point if he attempted to sing an entire Journey set.

That guy is good for his age and has a great story, but like somebody else said, let's see him do a full Journey concert for 2 hours. Put him on the road for 3 to 4 nights a week and see how he does.

He's good for a local karaoke thing but otherwise NO.

Family had this on and we’re like “wait is that the real Journey?”
I was like yeah. There’s Dean on drums. Todd on bass. Neil. But no idea who was on keyboards. Was Jonathan attending a religious cermony with his wife and Trump?

Also half way there through, when I saw singer had no teeth. I laughed and said “can’t wait to get on Sludge!”

I’m sure he can get a big set of huge white Hollywood chompers with his Million Dollars.
