I think Frankie actually looks worse. Those backing singers are way over compensating.

I saw Frankie a couple times 10-15 years ago. Even if he was lip syncing then at least he was still mobile. This is beyond sad and just confusing as to why he is still doing this. I guess he just wants to die doing what he loves.

I agree. It reminds me a little of an obviously unwell Mike Nesmith stumbling his way through that last Monkees tour a couple of years back. I think he died less than a month later.
