Ex-QUEENSRŸCHE singer Geoff Tate has announced the U.S. dates for the "Operation: Mindcrime - The Final Chapter" tour. The trek, which will kick off on March 18, 2025 in Tucson, will see the 65-year-old vocalist perform the band's classic "Operation: Mindcrime" album in its entirety for the last time.

This seems like one of those things you need to read very carefully...

"the 65-year-old vocalist (will) perform the band's classic "Operation: Mindcrime" album in its entirety for the last time"

this means next year he'll play it with 'Silent Lucidity' in the middle to break it up

Hey, I don't blame the guy, everyone needs to make a buck!

yeah, if you weren't paying attention, you might think this was his farewell tour... it's just farewell to Operation in its entirety. Which let's face it he wore that concept out a few years ago and had to jump to the Rage for Order / Empire bit. I think he overestimated the popularity of Operation. It's a good album but I prefer Rage or Warning/ EP. Another excuse for Geoff and his unknown band members to keep the train rolling.

Great take & yes, he did overestimated the popularity of Operation.
For me, the concept was worn out after they did OM 1 & OM 2 back to back in a club to maybe 500 people? Without question a great record but yea, I doubt many care at this point.

I saw the OM1 and OM2 show at House of Blues in Myrtle Beach...I remember it being pretty packed...
