Easily, "Man in the Box" with "Would?" coming in second. The third biggest song may be harder to pinpoint but I would say "No Excuses ". Or no actually, "Rooster ". Always hated that song but it actually may be number two come to think of it.

No excuses is nowhere close, would is considerably behind and angry chair is horrid

I wonder why, honestly. Every band has its "most famous song." Some I never want to hear again. Man in the Box just really jams. It's a perfect tune in my opinion, and it really screams.
