I posted this in the Blotzer Piece of Sh*t thread, and it didn’t get much reaction, so creating a new thread because I thought this deserved more traction.

Is everyone tracking the Blotzer knocking up Moon Unit Zappa story? In his book he describes it like he got her pregnant (he identifies her by name) and makes it sound like she wanted him to go with her to tell Frank and he said no way, and he doesn’t really say what happened to the kid.

In her book, which I just finished, she says she only told him long after she had an abortion and there is nothing about wanting him to talk to her parents. Interestingly, she doesn’t identify him by name, only calling him “the drummer in a metal band.”

Blotzer comes off worse in HIS version of the story, which is quite an accomplishment.

The only thing I know about Moon Unit was when she was on Rock N Roll Jeopardy and instead of just accepting that she's a sheltered dumb as a brick moron she was like "'IM GOING TO BUZZ IN AND YELL RANDOM STUFF IM SO QUIRKY THAT MAKES ME AN ABSURDIST LIKE MY DADDY!!!"

Meanwhile George Clinton sat there burned out of his mind thinking "where am I?" while Dave Mustaine calmly steamrolled them.
