There's an ad circulating on Facebook now for a summer 2025 GnR tour. Starting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on May 23rd, a total of 24 shows ending on July 31 at Wacken. It has the robot from AFD attacking the earth and the legend "Because what you want and what you get are two completely different things."

At first I thought it was fake but some people are discussing venues for various shows. Any chances it is real? Would Live Nation make the amateur mistake of listing "Vienna, IT" as one of the locations?

Unless GNR is playing Southern Cali -San Diego-Vegas or Aftershock why would anyone care

Anyone going to the opening show in Riyadh? Never been to Saudi Arabia and this is almost an excuse.

Glad I'm not the only one disappointed in GNR! Sure, Appetite is forever going to be one of the greatest albums ever made but I had way more fun at Motley and Def Leppard shows. Def Leppard sounds the best and puts on the best show by far.

But somehow GNR can do stadiums around the world on their own. So I guess they were able to remove themselves from the 80's pack, like Bon Jovi did.

Summer tour? Probably so they can get the new album out by Spring.

His point was he thinks they are all shit to see live these days.
