I saw this tour as well, just a little later. March 1990 with Testament headlining and Savatage/Nuclear Assault as openers.

People were doing somersaults off the balcony into the pit. It was a crazy crowd.

Awesome.

Saw that tour nine days later. Interviewed Chuck and Alex that afternoon. Annihilator were touring their debut, with Randy Rampage still onboard. Testament were incredibly loud.
