Sludge end-of-year promotions

It's the time of year for Sludge promotions!!!
Only one promotion this time. Danzig in the Dark has been promoted to Minister of Darkness!!
With these newfound powers, he can now spread darkness to all Sludgers. Even dmbrocker and skinni!! He is also being given a special commemorative black cloak to wear.
