I'll be at the Metal Allegiance show, should be a good one!
I've never been to NAMM, I know a guy who knows a guy, but not much interest going except for the Riot Stitch catwalk, that looks awesome!!

Removed the Morrison/Navarro show that was postponed and added Ultimate Jam Night. Still slim pickings!

I’m going give Nikki the large Philly Cheesesteak with the chips and large drink
I’m getting large ham sandwich- ham comes from a pig correct? Or 3 little pigs..good time for this while watching Rhea
Is Anaheim worth the road trip- I get it it’s to see Ace Von Johnson but I doubt Crystal Eyes is in the set
Green Jello going play Fred Flinstone song for sure
They got me believing Jey going win#yeet

Rage guitar guy was fun show..unique sound always..always been a fan…saw Battle of LA tour at Forum…cool to see legend in small place of 200 or so.:.same show as Aftershock show I saw…he sounds great just as good as Rage singer…he brought the fun….he used go to Metal Skool at Key Club a lot just to hang out and sometimes get on stage..
He is fan of music good for him..didn’t see one hot girl at the show except for the Hawaiian guitar girl form IG she got like near million followers…
The Alice Cooper girl was way better than last time i saw her solo show…first time I saw her was like 2 decades ago at Whisky for her band Lia Fail
Jersey Mikes is really great quality food..Subway is Bowling For Soup quality complete garbage…. Stripper (female ) pussy around the 3:30 am
Going be fun and interesting what happens to Mr Yeet tomorrow in San Antonio
* West Bound review will be worth the wait..whenever that happens…maybe that’s Metal Sludge exclusive from that Gerry dude(hope)

Did see 'Falling Doves' at The Parish in middle of the Metal Allegiance show. Bass player chick gave us tickets so we hopped over to the Parish for a few songs, that was fun. I think we missed Metallica bass player dude when we did that though
HOB security didn't like that we left main building and didn't want to let us back in, had to resort to 'you need to talk to your manager' type shenanigans to get back in, that was fun too!
Metal Allegiance killed it! Not sure how Portnoy dude can drum like that night after night approaching 60!!

Saw the Observatory show last night.
Nita's a star, but her solo band felt kind of low-rent -- her husband on drums, no bassist, a female keyboardist with comically large boobs (no objections, just seemed kind of strange to be shown off to that extent), and a guest vocalist who looked like a bum.
Marty's band had some sort of immigration/visa snafu coming in from Japan, so he was forced to play to backing tracks/stems a la a guitar clinic -- but even though it was clearly awkward for him, he pulled it off. Respect for not canceling.
John 5 wasn't my thing, although he can clearly play. Unlike Marty, he played to tracks by choice, as it was just him and a drummer (until his tech strapped on a bass and joined in for the inevitable medley of Motley riffs).
Spent a few hours at the convention center today. It's still sensory overload, but nowhere near the overwhelming mass of humanity that it used to be pre-COVID.
