The reason Iron Maiden feeds are so rare compared to other bands is that according to a friend with a close friend on the crew is only Nicko uses them and it was only a recent development. I specifically asked him about this because at the Forum show noticing the wide array of monitors across the stage and how unusual of a sight that is today.
