Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby - thumbs or thumbs down
Definitely better than under pressure with two gay brits warbling at each other.
Don't be shy, admit you like ice ice baby.

It's no "Cool As Ice" soundtrack, but thumbs up.

Thumbs up. This song and "Under Pressure" are both quite cool, actually.

A memory I have of this song is that the girl I was dating in middle school told me I had to hear this great new song. She played me ice ice, baby, and I thought it was the worst thing I’ve ever heard in my life.
It was so bad it was funny to me.
Now I think it’s a pretty cool jam. Every time I hear it, I tend to turn it up and sing along with it.

Thumbs way down. Not because of the Under Pressure riff, which was a decent idea (even adding the pickup note). But it's because he's such a poor rapper.

Thumbs up.
The fact that the majority of people between the age of 40-50 can STILL spit this song up, verbatim, at any time or at any level of intoxication 35 years after it was a thing for six months says plenty about Ice Ice Baby.
There’s always been something about that song that’s worked. What that is, I don’t know, but I wouldn’t mind if whatever it is happened to a song I was attached to.
And the growly, buzzy bassline under the verses kicks the fuck out of that weakass Queen bass sample.
