This topic came up on a Priest FB group. Several people insisting that the whole band is gay, not just Rob.

This is the first time I heard anything like this.

Anyone have any info?

All the guys but the drummer were there from the beginning when they had nothing. So... not only they formed a band in a working class steel city, but they self-selected only gay guys to be in the band?

It’s been totally obvious all this time. They invented the all-leather look, and don’t you know that only gay men wear the all-leather look?

I've heard KK was also on the DL. I don't see it, but who knows? it would certainly ruin the plot or ROCK STAR for me, I know that much.

Glenn is all man and Ian is or was married to Rob's sister so that makes him only gay-in-law

My older brother and I were in a metal band together in high school before the Anacrusis days (early-mid-80s). He was a HUGE Priest/Halford fan and of course were dressed with the leather and spikes and shit. His 2nd wife (never into metal at all) looks at old photos and he is like wearing leather pants and suspenders/no shirt and a "biker" hat and all of that shit and she asks him why he is always dressed like a "gay guy"

we always thought rob was gay and it was confirmed when the "we are stars" video came out. Rob was the main lyric writer too in JP with all the gay undertones in the lyrics. Breaking the law, ram it down, turbo lover. etc. we supected UDo was gay too because of the lyrics but honestly. no one cared. Both bands were killer.
