Who fully owns the Great White name?

I watched Great White play last night with Slaughter as support at a casino here in North Dakota. Decent crowd around 1000 people, Slaughter was Slaughter and the Zoltan Chaney circus was kept to a minimum.
Great White headlined and seriously without their young singer, this band is beyond boring. The kid is damn talented vocally. Angel Song cleared out so many people in the venue. Not the first time I’ve watched the band play and their Setlist was really questionable as far as keeping things somewhat upbeat. Too many ballads for a casino set.
Question is, does Mark Kendall fully own the GW name? Or does the Jack Russell estate own a remaining portion? It’s pretty crazy that Jack’s version of the band, the remaining guys in his group are out of work. But business is business.

As far as I recall, Jack was never bought out - rather than pay him off like QR did with Tate, they worked out a deal to let him tour as Russell's Great White instead.
So JR's Great White could tour as long as the estate permits it - but there's probably not enough money in it. Who would book a band called Jack Russell's Great White with a nobody singing? They wouldn't make a lot of money and Great White's management might even go back to court over it.

As odd as this sounds, I don't think that drummer is Zoltan. He is different crazy-ass drummer.

Jack had no ownership in the Great White trademark. The trademark registration lists the owner of the Great White Trademark as Great White, Composed of: Mark Kendall, Audie Desbrow and Michael Lardie, all US citizens. The TM has a filing date of December 7th, 2011 and a registration date of December 9th, 2014.

This was answered more than a decade ago...
Mark Kendall, along with Michael Lardie, and Audie Desbrow are performing and have been as Great White, the entire time.
Jack had a deal. or sorts, to call his band Jack Russell's Great White.
------------------------------
This is from October 2013
Great White vs: Great White lawsuit reaches settlement
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GREAT WHITE AND JACK RUSSELL REACH AGREEMENT OVER USE OF “GREAT WHITE” NAME
Great White and co-founding member/original lead singer Jack Russell have announced that they have entered into an agreement settling their pending litigation over the “Great White” name. In March, 2012, Russell sued his former bandmates Mark Kendall, Michael Lardie and Audie Desbrow over their continuing use of “Great White” after Russell had taken a leave of absence from the band for medical reasons. The band countersued, and the parties have been involved in contentious litigation for the last year. After three days of closed-door mediation before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carla Woehrle, the parties reached a comprehensive agreement. While many of the terms of the agreement will remain confidential, it can be revealed that, going forward, the current Great White band will continue to use the name “Great White”‘ and Russell will perform under the name “Jack Russell’s Great White”.
-------------------------------
In the end... Kendall owns the Great White brand, or at least is the lead guy in that camp.

Interesting, dude crawled up on the drums late in the set and slammed the cymbals like Zoltan.

They're going by the name Once Bitten now, so they don't have worry about it.

All things considered I cannot be much money for any member of this operation to be left over as profit?
