Guy never met a pedestrian he didn't want to hit. This kind of dude is what's scary as #hit about raising a 7 year-old right now where we walk everywhere. Look all ways!

He drove through the mall parking lot. I wonder if he went into the parking structure, parked and waited if he would have gotten away with it.
I found it very off how much of a melt down he had at the beginning, to how quiet he was for the rest of the rampage.

I think the motorcycle cops have cameras, even if he didn't call in the plate when he came up behind him.
