Cool... not quite the genre for it, but they could set up a residency at Sapphire or Diamond Cabaret in Vegas.

What’s funny is my buddy and I used to make up these type of band names back in the’80s and early ‘90s and he said this one all the time. I couldn’t wait to tell him when I saw Hi Fidelity in the theater.

I've always had a liking for John Cougar Concentration Camp. There was a band called The Sheryl Cro(w) Mags for a while but then they boringly renamed themselves The Cro(w)s. Maybe one of their inspirations threatened to sue.

There was also a Mona Lisa Overdrive.
And didn't someone on here 15 years back have or saw a VH cover band called Camper Van Halen?

REO Speedealer
"Screamer/Nothing to Me" was featured on the soundtrack to the first
Tony Hawk Pro Skater video game. Great song, though they had to drop the REO from their name by that point for obvious reasons.
