A disinterested, go through the motions performance is one thing but this? Forget it.

From that clip it's clear it's not just a blown out voice situation, he is obviously really fucked up, his timing/etc is full on white girl wasted karaoke status.

This clip is from 2018. I recall the band didn’t perform for a stretch after this.

For what it's worth, I saw him the night before this show in NH and it was great. (and I am not a big Ratt fan)

who gives a shit to a 7 years old footage? Why post this now? And for your statement about Ratt live album, i'm lucky enough to have their best live bootlegs from 84 to 90's that testify how great they were live back in those days and sure enough much better than Motley Crue and others 80's acts!

Dude is 68 goes out and gives it his all most every time. Does he have problems with his voice sometimes? Of course.
