Daisy Jones & The Six (Amazon Original)

Anyone check this show out on Amazon?
I was skeptical but got hooked and am about done with the series.
It is loosely based on Fleetwood Mac from some things I read. I can see that.
Some of the songs are pretty good and fit that time period very well.

Songs are good. The girls are hot. It was all very predictable but good. The main chick is Lisa Marie Presley's daughter which I thought was kinda cool.

I thought the acting was stiff, the story was...mehhhhhhh and the songs were too modern-contemporary-formulaic sounding.
It is always jarring when you have people meeting in a studio in the seventies, then the song that comes out sounds like it was written for some American Idol winner's album in the 2010's.
I still watched the whole thing.
