No Zakk love yet so here's a vote for No More Tears.

BATM is still probably my favorite, though.

Not the most impressive skill-wise, but both solos (especially the outro) in Tonight probably move me the most. It's just a great song all the way around. Most casual fans don't even know about it.

Jake is the man though.

I suppose this is stating the obvious, but Ozzy has had a lot of amazing guitar solos over the years:

I consider it 2nd best: after Randy's live solo on Mr. Crowley.

After some Randy solos, I go with "No More Tears" ( which is one of my alltime favorite solos ) and "Miracle Man."

Thats a subjective question. There were so many good solos on Ozzy records. One thing I will say is that Jakes work outside of Ozzy is better than anyone else work outside of Ozzy. Badlands and RDC are better than anything Zakk did, although Pride & Glory came close. Randys work outside of Ozzy was when he was a teen so that really doesn't count.

I'd go with several RR solos, over anything Jake played, although he's really good on BATM. Zakk did a lot of good solos too.

Zakk is one of those players that, intellectually, I know he rips, but never connected to me emotionally, and I cannot remember a single lick in a single solo he has ever done. Just the squealy notes (which I was recently informed by a YOUNG I know are now called: "boomer bends" )

BATM has a pretty memorable solo, but of the dozens of Jake solos I must have heard over the years, none of the others stuck with me.

I could whistle 15 Rhoads ones right now without even thinking. His compositional/melodic sense is what made him unique, and a thing that shredders never really get to.

It's like, for their generation of players...as far as "having something to say on the instrument", it's Rhoads, Van Halen and to a lesser extent Lynch who nailed it.
