New to me at least. Who knows how many more Spectrum pro-shots are out there? Hopefully we can see some more before anyone who cares is dead.

I don’t think these are pro-shot. They look like very well done audience recordings to me. Still very cool. Thanks for sharing. Interesting to hear the difference in Elliott’s voice from 87-92.

Definitely pro shot. Camcorders back then wouldn't have looked and sounded that good. Plus The Spectrum had the own in house camera's which is why you'll see a bunch of pro shot bootlegs floating around from that time period.

The 87 Def Leppard clips aren't soundboard and you can easily hear the crowd. They might be from the Spectrum but they weren't hooked up to the soundboard. The 92 clips are definitely from the soundboard.

That opening with Stagefright completely blew my mind when I was younger. I'll never forget the screaming when the curtains dropped. Plus the awesome Clint Eastwood intro.
I wore the hell out of the In the Round VHS tape when it was released.
I did love the days when you went to a show, and had absolutely no idea what to expect.

Hysteria was a real slow burn and took awhile to break, by the end of the tour they were playing a lot more.

This tour went on forever. I was on it a full year later.

Very few individuals in the course of time get to live something as amazing as the Hystera tour was. Talk about being red hot and pushed to the moon as far as popularity the venue attendance. The outside perks had to be next level as well.

It was pretty choice. Lotta $$$ on that tour, so they would do shit like rent out an entire strip bar complete with free booz and girls for a night to party (This is where I learned the term "minge party".)
Good times.
