Also... a few other things to note that Axl does not have in the way of baggage...

Axl has never had kids... no rehab stints, no massive lawsuits, and the 1 marriage to Erin Everly lasted less than a year (more than 3 decades ago). And his engagement to Stephanie Seymour also ended quickly.

He has managed to keep himself out of trouble for most of the last 20-25 years, and as noted above, has little to no baggage.

All of that stuff, is what makes these rock stars, entertainers or athletes go broke! Kids, divorces and lawsuits.

Axl is very smart... and has avoided all of those pitfalls!

I don't know if this is true or not but I heard the attempts to get him back on the road 2001/2002 was because he was going broke. Considering the tour sputtered to a halt and was on ice again til 2006 probably not. Though in the parlance of the ultra rich going broke could mean down to last 10 million. I was gonna mention Beta and her whole family sucking at the teat but I think she collects the money and Axl is on her payroll. Threatening to send him to bed alone and without the kitty litter has been enough motivation to get him to the stage on time.

I find it hard to believe he’s not worth a lot more than that. At best that’s a rough estimate of what he’s earned in his career. He’s a smart guy, he must have smart investments as well.

Meanwhile Duff and Dr. Evil both invested in a Seattle-based coffee company in the late 90s, and I think he invested in Amazon back then as well. I would imagine he does quite well for himself.

Wasn’t really my point. They’re smart people, that they have smart investments doesn’t necessarily mean they did it all on their own, it probably means they were smart enough to take good advice from other smart people.
