It's different if you used a photograph, but an artistic image like this? I'm guessing a cease and desist or lawsuit could be coming.

It's the same reason you don't see the actual KISS logo on books not released by KISS.

I have said it before, these are fun stories not meant to really hurt anyone but with everything I saw they should be more concerned with the book I could write rather than the one I did! As grandpa Watkins always used to say "Don't sweat the petty things boys, just pet the sweaty things!"
