One-third of the way through the year.
SINGLES
Danko Jones - "What You Need" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgHtnecVT8o)
Nothing we haven't heard before, but still fun for what it is.
Beast In Black - "Enter The Behelit" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxFW6ggUqu0)
I get that this band's brand of Eurocheese isn't for everyone, but I always lap it up.
ALBUMS
H.e.a.t. - "Welcome To The Future" (favorite song: "Disaster," https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CokWIQBK-M)
Their second album since the return of their original vocalist is a sugar rush of melodic Euro AOR/
Ghost - "Skeleta" (favorite song: "Lachryma," https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLG9oTH-ZbQ)
Not digging it as much as their last two, but it still has its moments.
Smith/Kotzen - "Black Light/White Noise" (favorite song: "Black Light," https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMS53p6MJ9w)
Two old guys doing what they do, trends be damned.
I did not enjoy the new Darkness or Billy Idol albums as much as I hoped.
