1-10, 1 being a POS, 10 being a stone cold classic.

Who's the chick? Holy smokes.

Chicks that look like Bryce Dallas Howard are top tier.

Some solid album filler. Give it a 5.5

Should never have been a single

'Bout to get scientific on your asses.

My brothers in rock, I couldn't disagree more. If "Be My Baby" is a 10 and "Encore, Goodnight, Buh-Bye" is a 1, I'm going to have to give this...

Well, I also have to judge it within its context, the 1990 Metal Edge scene. In that world, this song is a solid 9.9. Put it up against Danger Danger's "Monkey Business," the Dangerx2 boys get sent to the hospital.

I'm going to give it a 7.2. Just seems like the right number.

I had completely forgotten about that song so it must not be that good. From what I recall in my mind from the chorus, "I...wanna spend my life with yooouuuu...," I agree with the other posters so far. It's...not bad. It's ok, even.

I really think the girl in the video might be influencing my rating.

Nothing wrong with her but I think Blas is prettier. :)

Always loved this song. It's a good AOR/MOR track. A ballad but it's not really a ballad. A rocker but it's not really a rocker.

The whole record is great really. Surprised at the above comment that it never should've been a single. I think they chose the right songs as singles.

Same. I'll give it a 7.5.

My favorite Slaughter song 5,000,000/10
My favorite Slaughter video 5,000,000/10
My favorite person in hair metal Gerri Miller 5,000,000/10

Next time I hear this live May 31 at Lake Elsinore RV Park with Vixen and Great White#keepwinning

1991 Flesh N Blood tour : soldout area Poison Slaughter Bulletboys..Spend My Life was song I wanted to hear most
The screams from girls 18-25 was BEST..I wanted that life- got it. Magical time Slaughter signs made and Slaughter flags made throughout the arena- just like the videos
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"

I like it. 7 out of 10. And it sounds like single material to me.

That's the singer man, his name is Mark.

It's okay, I dated a chick that kind of looked like Mark Slaughter once and it kinda made me more attracted to her.

I thought the record sounded pretty close to the CD. So, a draw.

At the time, I was sort of expecting a RIP magazine/Wayne's World/Pauly Shore kind of rock scene, where you could have the Chili Peppers and Ugly Kid Joe co-exist with Vince Neil and Warrant.

Looking back, I think the record industry attitude was "Don't bother with promotion, this music won't sell"... and then the music didn't sell. So they're geniuses for predicting the thing they created.

Anyhoo, how trippy. One day you're Robert Plant and then 18 months later, no one takes your calls. I have a lot more sympathy for these dudes nowadays but my attitude is hey, they got called up to the Big Show and even with the signing frenzy, that was pretty rarefied air.

I'm bumping it up to an 8 out of 10. It's been stuck in my head, but in a good way. Reminds me of good times of boozing at the beginning of covid and not having to worry about going into the office the next day.

That's really funny, I put it at a 5.5, but damn if it hasn't been stuck in my head for the last few days. I'm bumping it to a 7. :D :D
