I remember finding this (quite a few actually) in the bargain bin at Jerry’s Record Exchange in Denver in the Fall of 1991. Paid less than $5 for the CD.
Average at best. A few decent songs overall. It’s NO ‘Under the Influence’ …it’s NO ‘Lizard’ and absolutely NO ‘Second Coming’…

Grade: C+ for being on a major label for 15 minutes.

Excellent - This is one of the best albums of its generation.

Album absolutely kicks ass! And IMO, the remastered version is fantastic. One of my favorite albums, and for me anyway, actually the hardest to find on CD (mid 90's, pre Ebay, etc.).

Revisionist history, I would have released Ruck A Pit Bridge as the 1st single followed by So Many Seasons (which should have been a "hit").

Second rate Poison. When Tuff arrived the barn doors were already closed.

Good tunes and performance, just came out at the wrong time, in hindsight

Take the image out. Forget about the time of release, memories you relate to the popular bands from that era. Just listen. It’s clearly a better album than anything Poison released. Better than most albums from the genre.

If you disagree, fine. But you’ll never change my mind. And you’re wrong.

6/10
It’s good for what it is..cd cover 9
Heavy songs not as good as songs for cheerleaders(female)
Tuff looking like Tesla would have never got signed
It was tough time band had to compete with super awesome things like Bon Jovi 1990 and Vain

Caitlin Clark should give her review of the cd. She would be honest .

You're on crack, there's not a single good song on that album. Very bottom of the barrel.
Metal Sludge has done more for Tuff than that trash record.

One thing's for sure...Stevie has capitalized on that ONE album, that one moment in time better than anyone.

It's at the top of the list as far B-level bands go. Out of all the bands that didn't make it big, I would say Tuff, Southgang and the band that shall not be named were my top 3. And Blue Tears of course but they weren't part of that scene.
