I am not saying he hasn't heard them, but it's not exactly hard to believe either. It's not like they went on to have a huge hit after 1991.
I am guessing a very small amount of people going to see Skid Row post-Bach ever heard the then current singer on a record either.

Congrats, you are 1 of the FEW who believe this!
This guy. the Hair Metal Guru is a HUGE Bach fan, absolutely loves him and Skid Row.
His vlog on the latest drivel from Bach is spot on... >

Bach just can't seem to NOT put his foot in his mouth about the old band... and this guy's perspective is on the money.

I assume he's saying he's never heard them sing in Skid Row as he's definitely heard TNT & Halestorm.
Nobody buys this. Everybody has some type of curiosity.
I once saw Jani Lane version of Great White with opening band Warrant. Warrant left before GW arrived but they had to be curious about him.

Aside from following a links from Sludge to check out the Erik guy, I think maybe 30 seconds of the Halestorm chick, and an embarrassingly bad song they had 2 years ago, I have never heard any post-Bach Skid Row.
...it's not like it is hard to avoid. You have to actively seek it out to hear it.

This doesn't seem surprising.
It is not exactly all over the radio.
Now if he was talking about Sabrina Espresso I would be a bit more surprised...

I'm gonna guess that he doesn't drive around in his Camaro cranking up Revolutions Per Minute. But he's probably casually listened or checked out some clips on youtube.
Let's face it, even Subhuman Race sucked so Skid Row really only had TWO great records. None of the other albums come close to those first 2. So I get him saying "Why would I?" It's not like Van Hagar where they are still super successful having big hit singles.

I didn't say I believed it, only it is completely possible he never heard any of the guys who followed him. There are plenty of people who have never heard Skid Row after 1991. Sebastian could EASILY be one of them.
Vince Neil said he never heard MC94 either. It's not like SR or MC were like Sammy Hagar Van Halen after they changed singers and their music was everywhere. Unless Sebastian actively set out to listen to it (which certainly is possible) it would be quite easy to never hear a single post-Bach Skid Row song anywhere.
Of course, because you don't like him it is not even a possibility in your eyes.

No way is ANY singer not gonna give a listen to the guy(s) doing his old job. No fucking way.

Where would he have heard them? It's not like they were on the radio or MTV. If you wanted to avoid post-Bach Skid Row, it'd wouldn't be hard to ignore them.

It takes about 10 seconds to find a clip or song or show on YT these days. I don’t know shit about this band especially post-Bach and I just did a YT search of “Skid Row live” and there are a bunch of clips of a guy who definitely isn’t Bach. You believe dog boy never, ever did this? Ever?
The CEO gets it. Every singer gets it.

To those who are siding with Bach, and believing his claim... here is a thought or two for you?
If he's NOT paying attention, and hasn't ever HEARD any of them... then how does he know they've changed singers, once, twice, three times, or as he alleges... 14 times?
It's not like he's been out of the band for 6 months, he's been out of the band for nearly 30 years.
Also... with Social Media, and the way algorithms work, we all know our inbox, our feed, etc... is FULL of stuff related to our day, work, interests, and more.
With that, he's definitely getting bombarded with all things Skid Row... past, present and it will continue into the future.
So, we're supposed to believe he's aware of ALL the changes, all of their singers, he's aware when a Fan is wearing z Skid Row shirt in the crowd, and the on-going for decades.
But... he's NEVER heard any of these guys sing? Or sing for Skid Row in any context?

How does reading a Blabbermouth headline/article about them firing or getting a new singer make you hear the new guy sing?
It seems entirely possible to be aware of their singer revolving door without actually hearing any of it.
I'd be willing to guess the vast majority of people who did listen only listened/watched the chick.
I know all sorts of shit about random rock bands and musicians and have never actually listened to. Shit, I know a lot about you but only ever heard "I Hate Kissing You Goodbye" once or twice back 30+ years ago when I caught it on MTV.

If I was not on Sludge I would literally not even be aware that there
was any Skid Row after Bach.
if I thought of them at all, it might raise a question in my head along the lines of: "Gee, I wonder what ever happened to Electric Boys?" Then I would forget about it and go back to masturbating.
Plus, for the first 10 years before streaming really took hold, Bach would have had to literally get a cd and put it on to even hear new Skids. I don't see ANYONE doing that.

You also weren’t the lead singer of SR during their most successful period. C’mon. Anybody would at least check it out if only to goof on it. It’s not like they were some garage band from high school.
#bitchpleezindeed
Of someone were to give him a polygraph on the subject they’d better bring extra ink for the machine because his answers would look like a series of grand mal seziures.

It’s pretty unbelievable that a single person on earth would believe he never heard ANYTHING with any other singer in his band. And yet, there are a couple right here on this thread that seem to.
Maybe if he was some recluse who had no internet or smart phone it could maybe be conceivable, but this guy has been shooting his mouth off all over the internet, stages, etc for decades now. Zero chance. Zero. Zero point zero.

All I said is it is easily conceivable he never heard it. One because they have had an absolute shit career with regards to new music since 1991. Someone would have to actively seek it out. Two you would have to purchase a ticket, purchase a CD, or purposely click a link with the intent to listen to it. While it is certainly possible that he purposely clicked on it and then lied about doing so, it's also possible he purposely never clicked on it because he specifically didn't want to hear it. A couple of possible reasons jump out at me: anger (fuck them), denial (they can't do anything without me), jealousy (maybe it will be good) etc. Nobody wants to see someone bang their ex.
Point is Sebastian isn't going to randomly stumble across a new Skid Row song, if he actively avoided clicking on a Spotify link or a Youtube video it is pretty easy not to hear a post 1991 Skid Row song.
The only place I can think he might have heard it organically would be Eddie Trunk's show when he plays a mercy spin of a song from a new record when he is interviewing a band and even then, he could change the channel.

He's absolutely mentioned in interviews about them doing music that doesn't sound like Skid Row...which means he's heard it. Also, he made fun of Erik's speech about 18 & Life starting his career and how he's now in the band. Only way he could have heard that speech is if he was watching them perform the song on YouTube.
