Sure, all the time, back in my hookup/swinging days.
Some would just say thank you, others would pull down their pants or skirt to give you a better view.

Oh yeah, many times when I was younger. Now I just ask them if they ever have power washed their asshole. The responses are not great. Got slapped, kicked in the nuts, one chick's husband beat the motherfucking shit out of me, been kicked out of establishments and told to never come back, etc.
