Dance Swing is better deep classic
Dance Swing is good life coach-
Dance Swing always in my life- driving around having fun- music listen while waiting to go in strip club(female)
Walking to pro beach volleyball tournaments
Topless maid (female) appointments doing (light maid service)..stripper pole later
Dance Swing - good stuff
Six Feet Under ..kind of cool
Heart N Soul is epic..Fantastic

Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"

Never heard of these guys until Sludge for a good reason.
Singer doing a bad Axl Rose imitation over some of the most paint-by-numbers LA rock. Terrible.

Re: Wildside "Six Feet Under"
Great band, great guys, great players...
They all put in plenty of time and were well deserved of their shot!
I personally liked the 2nd release "ST" (Lizard record)... but this was not well received by all the "hardcore glam" fans!
It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.
I recall releasing my C.W.A. side-project (1996) and then my debut solo CD "Who The Hell Am I?" (1998).
I heard it all, this is lame, how dumb, stupid, band-wagon, sell-out, and the list goes on... had I released another record wearing leather, singing about girls and partying, then the other side of the fence would have screamed, "Same ole same ole", "Times are changing, how about updating" blah, blah, blah.
In the end... you truly have to do what you like, what you want, and if some fans 'get it' and buy in, then it's a double win!

Under the Influence is one of the best albums of the genre IMO.
It comes out in ‘86 and it’s another story for them.

Re: Wildside "Six Feet Under"
I agree about it being one of the best albums of the genre, but, not so sure if it would have been any bigger. They weren't commercial enough like Poison or Warrant, although I think WS crushed them both. Freaking great band though.windycitycane wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 8:41 pm Under the Influence is one of the best albums of the genre IMO.

Wildside made it! They made top 5 cd ever!!
and they saw me TWICE in the audience!
Wildside has respect from Gerri Miller..what more could you want
I would rather be in Wildside than career of Kiss
Wildside bass player ‘> Kiss bass player
Wildside singer 10+..Miss maybe 3
