What are some lyrics where even at first listen, you are 100% sure they arent really singing that phrase, but it sounds like it, so you just hear it that way, even after you know what it really is.
These are ones that got into my head as a kid. I know they're stupid as hell.

All Time Low have a song called Dear Maria Count me in, the lyric continues, there’s a story at the bottom of this bottle….

I always heard it, and sing along with, Tia Maria, count me in etc.

Here in Oz, Tia Maria is a cheap wine the girls liked while we drank beer as underagers behind the ice rink.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Don Henley's "Boy's of summer" I swear I thought he said "after the poisoned summer is gone"...I wasn't into sports and didn't know baseball teams were "boys of summer".

CDs were a thing the first time I heard the Ramones but I was pretty sure CDs weren't a thing when the song was recorded.

It is, but the syllables are broken up weird - "Sadda lighta love".

"Smooth up, get down" always made more sense to me.

We didn't see anything odd in them using the P word in a song, their first single had the F word in the title.
My friend even argued that "Dictators" should be "D.. takers" but for some reason we agreed THAT woud be too much.

Never have figured out if in J Geils Band "Love Stinks" he says:

They both sound plausible. I always heard it the "that's all" way.
