That's what gets me every time this subject comes up. People assume they're leaving millions of dollars on the table and I just don't see it. No way they could headline arenas. A good if not best case scenario would be opening for Motley, but they can't seem to get their shit together for a proper tour. Sebitchian kept saying it was a business decision, which leads me to believe he wants more money than is realistic and while I'm sure Skid Row with him would bring in higher guarantees, when you factor the additional costs like paying two sets of management, and (I'm assuming) separate travel accommodations, not to mention the grind of an actual tour versus fly ins and weekend gigs that you can pick and choose, and dealing/working with someone you just don't like, and the fact that once the novelty wears off, each subsequent tour or run of dates will be diminishing returns, and the fact that these guys are all in their 60's or close to it, it just doesn't seem worth it. Coheadlining theaters with Tesla or Queenryche or opening for Judas Priest or Alice Cooper isn't going to bring in millions of dollars.

It would seem like, if they were willing to share the stage, a reunited Skid Row would help sell tickets on the Poison tour next year and at least play sheds. One would think they could manage 40 dates (even if they travel separately), it would make the fans happy, they would make decent money (i would assume), and then they get a new singer after that.

It's not like they are making money or booking a club tour anytime soon. This might be the last chance to play to 10k+ per night

I’d have to think the paycheck from a Skid Row Poison Motley GnR stadium tour would be substantial. They’d sell a fuckton of shirts.
They could do 30 shows over 10 weeks. Separate bus. Put this thing to bed for good. Actually all 4 band should just call it a day at the end. Skid Row can’t keep a singer. Bret clearly doesn’t care about Poison. Motley is a rotting corpse at this point and I love Axl but the voice is gone to the point of embarrassment and the talk of new music is clearly a lie.

Upside is if they just did a farewell tour with SB they’d never have to answer this question ever again. They can still do fly ins with guest singers if the urge to play live hits.

Should’ve named this thread Skid False Hope. He’s been a dick to Snake, Scotti, and Rachel for so long now, so why should they believe this nice guy act he’s trying to pull off here?

It makes sense from the perspective of the other three guys. Dealing with him isn't worth getting slightly more $$ for a few shows. Bach should try to shame them by saying they are letting the fans down for petty reasons.

He's been saying that for a couple decades now, but what the SR guys and most reasonable fans understand they don't owe anyone a thing.

There were times where the Bach haters had a point, but here, today, June 20,2025, SR has no lead singer, no dates booked, no chance to open for Dangerous Toys.

I don't care if Bach just killed 2 MINN state senators, its not hard to suck it up for 60 days, play some date, make some money then go back to not having a lead singer, dates, clue all over again.

From a purely financial perspective, if they "did the math" and the difference was minimal, then they suck terribly at math. It may not be millions, but it's not nickels and dimes either.

A lot of people would be willing to shell out more money per ticket. They would definitely sell more total tickets and merch, even if they weren't on some packaged nostalgia tour.

But, if they're happy being the guys who didn't cave to public pressure out of principle and will stick to their convictions, so be it.

I'd love to see them back together, but what over the last 30 years has made it seem like it's gonna happen. Just cause Bach is "nice" in an interview?? C'mon now..

Bach has to find a way to be happy, he's putting out some pretty solid music and puts on a great live show. Saw him a few months ago, and as usual, it was a fun night. He's just gotta find a way to get off the wine, shut his pie hole and enjoy himself.

I could see them opening for Motley doing sheds but there's absolutely no reason for GnR to even think about taking either of them on the road. They're doing just fine with their (I assume) hand picked openers.

Counting the Skidrow singers after Bach was always fun..the failure of band was fun to show up for.

Last time Pearcy came through Phoenix, he played The Marquee (capacity 1,500).

Last time (the real) Ratt played Phoenix, they player Celebrity Theater (capacity 2,600).

Last time Bach player Phoenix, he played The Marquee.

So do the math - it's hard to make it make sense financially. Bach would have take a pay cut at the very least.

So I mean, is this really going to go on forever? It's just weird seeing them separately doing the old songs. I'm not exactly hanging on the edge of my seat waiting but I say they should just get together now while they are all still healthy enough to still put on a good show.

Sure, we're still talking about it, but nobody else is. 20 years from now, Skid Row is gonna be a footnote at best, with or without a reunion. They'll be as remembered as much as UFO are today. I don't mean that as in insult because I like both bands but a lot of them get pushed aside as time marches on and Motley, Bon Jovi, Poison and GnR are going to squeeze out Skid Row, Tesla, Warrant, Ratt and any other number of bands over the next couple decades before they start pushing each other out in the public consciousness and eventually anyone looking back at life American life in the 1980's are going to listen to Welcome To The Jungle once and assume that's all they need to know.

Exactly what I stated. Remember, the SD Dokken show was pro-shot as well. 5 dates in Japan for a lot of money followed.

The betting man in me low key thinks Skids with Bach are holding out announcement for ‘26 and Poison tour.

I would've said there was ZERO shot Skids would reunite with Bas, but the longer they go without a singer replacement.....the small window stays open.
Whether they'd get offered a major tour opening for somebody they couldnt get on their own (skids) is another story.

The offers wont be for the millions obviously, but much much more than they are getting now
