So the tour hit "Chicago" last nite - Meaning just outside of, near O'Hare.
Without doubt, this is the best FasterPussycat has played ex the 80's.
Truly shocked at how good Taime looked AND sounded. The last few times I've seen them,
they were ok at best.
Maybe its the larger tour, maybe its playing better places - Who knows.
The Supersuckers, who used to be awesome, but then overtoured and lost it, were the best Ive seen them in 15 years.
Lastly, the Rumours brought some energy and looked killer to boot! If they had a hit song, they'd be on every mag cover in the world.
All in all - 100x better then was expecting!
Probably 500/550 attending, which for a stormy Wed was great.
Catch the remaining dates if you're on the fence!
Had a great time at the Faster/Supersuckers/Rumours show last nite!

Unfortunately I missed this tour in Texas.
But, all the clips I saw made me think Taime is better than ever. So glad to see that.

I felt the same way at the Rainbow Bash. Well, 90's. Taime sounds great and those are the best guitarists they ever had.

Watched some clips on Youtube and expected to be cynical but was really impressed, they sound fucking great and Taime looks loads better. I hope this lineup records a full album of original material, they really do sound excellent. Great lineup, must've been a blast to see them in concert in such good form.
Easily my fave of the classic bands still playing, but both Pussycat and L.A. Guns have withstood the test of time incredibly well. Who would ever have thought Faster Pussycat would sound great live in the Space Year 2025?
