They even go so far as to refer to their pets as their "fur babies". Loving one's pet as family is perfectly fine, but some people even take that too far. Jake here is a case in point.

This will be one of the very, very few times I express gratitude to the police. Good job guys! Anybody that tries to off Jake E Lee has no place in a civilized society.

One of my biggest pet peeves is parents who let their babies run around naked. Or give them baths in the sink. I don't want to see that shit and it's gross. I don't want to sit on furniture that some kids bare shitty ass has been rubbing on. I sure as hell ain't going to use any eating utensils or chinaware that has been in the same sink some babies shit has been in! I think Jake would agree with me on that as well.

My thoughts as well.

Even if it was a deal gone bad, who cares? Nobody should be shooting at Jake E. Lee period. He is fortunate to be alive and I am very happy that he survived.

edit: I'm not saying at all that it was drug related. I highly doubt it was.

Probably Sharon hired a hitman to be rid of him permanently.
