When did Nikki get sober?

I saw a recent instagram post from him this year noting ‘24 years sober’ which denotes 2001.
Brides of Destruction formed in 2002… wasn’t he high during this run?

Frankly(ha!) I don't believe a word of what he says. He claimed in his fake diary that he went back to heroin in the early 2000s.

He fell off the wagon around 2000ish. When he was fucking Samantha Maloney in the house while his then wife Donna was pregnant. I remembering hearing about Nikki not being sober in 2001 as I know somebody in the business who went to work with him and that person was surprised to see how fucked up he was.
As far as I know, he's never talked about what substances he was doing at the time. I think he was sort of on again/off again in the 90s as well.

He went off the rails around New Tattoo. He found out he had a retarded sister and was drinking, snorting and shooting everything.

Some people consider a glass of red wine healthy. A lot of "sober" people think California Sober counts too. Then there's the ones that won't touch a CBD soda or even take an aspirin. Just depends on how diehard you are. Whatever, as long as they're keeping their shit together who cares.

I work with kids that say they are "sober" while smoking wax. I guess since they aren't doing coke in their minds they are sober. At least they are off the powder that's all that matters.

It's a THC concentrate. It's called "dabs". You are basically smoking a thc paste through a bong with a small blowtorch to light it. I don't dig it at all. Gives my RIchard Pryor vibes and you get way, way too stoned. Like so stoned you're thinking about shit that happened to you when you were 8.

Yup. I'm an edibles guy for a good night's sleep, but not opposed to a light, feel-good high once in a while. But hit the dab once, coughed for a half hour, and was high af ... on Christmas day. That much made my head spin.

Alcohol is alcohol... there's no more sober alcohol vs other alcohol. I think we're all on the same page here, but wine is gonna get you drunk like other alcohol gets you drunk because it's alcohol.

I like the hhc gummies.
I think it's like a synthetic thc or something.
The website I buy it from also incl a freebie baggie of some synthetic marihuana called Huffman or something.
They gave me like half a gram. It's a brown powder.
I researched it and you're supposed to use like 5 or 10 milligrams. It's that strong. I haven't tried it. How the hell am I supposed to take 10mg out of a 500mg baggie? I'd need to buy a labatory scale or something...

Wine absolutely does not count. Neither does whisky with a couple of valiums, how else are you supposed to endure those tedious meetings... I got all my chips in like a week, I think it was.

Yup. Might not be same photo..One photo got around after Tony Palermo (from papa roach who was also drumming for SixxAM at the time) posted a pic of him and Nikki drinking wine. It was Tony's birthday. Mgmt got wind of it and emailed Tony asking him to remove photo and asked us to remove from Shout board should it appear on there
