Check this singer out. He has the range, the look, etc... The Skid Row guys should be paying attention. Check out some of his other sound check videos to see his range.

And then chase him out again after half a year. Rinse and repeat.

They're too busy knocking on their own doors to care.

Girish is great. Been listening to them for a while, besides his own band, I think he even sang on some George Lynch project (who hasn't?). Kinda weird that a band from India would be on a show called America's Got Talent, lol.

I've been seeing this guy and his band's clips for a year or two...
Vocally, the guy is absolutely insane and he would murder those songs in the greatest way possible. His range and power is (as Tommy Lee would say) bananas!
My guess is... he has plenty of a career in front of him, and seems to be doing okay with his group as is. Similarly, like Eric Gronwall, and Dino Jelusick who are making progress without spending their full schedule playing another band's catalog.
All 3 of these guys, are without a doubt a few of rock n' roll's premiere rock/metal vocalists.
I would also like to believe, that perhaps they don't want to go to outside the box again, meaning another Foreign member could make things complicated.
They've already done that twice, with ZP and Eric... and at some point there are challenges to deal with.
It's already a big enough puzzle to solve for these bands booking flights with members in the U.S.A., but who often live in different states.
Especially for a legacy act like this, who often do weekly fly-out dates for the weekend, and returning home on Sunday or Monday.

Good point. I was wondering about the foriegn logistics as well. Thought if they did proper tours and not weekenders, it could work. It was working with ZP for quite a few years anyway. Not sure of any American vocalists are killing it like the 3 you mentioned. I am sure there are guys out there though that are. Pretty silent in the Skids camp since Erik bailed.

The Lynch collab is “The End Machine” with Jeff Pilsen - Girish joined as vocalist in 2022 replacing Robert Mason
GATC kick ass!
The bass player (the lead singers brother) is an absolute beast of a player ( as well as being the bands keyboardist and producer)
If you haven’t checked them out yet, there is a shitload of YT videos out there

Right... and while some may think it's not anymore complicated than having a guy from the U.S., they're nuts!
Of course the bigger you are, the more money to work with helps and so on... but I can attest, it's extra work.
When I was managing Vains Of Jenna, we had to get them all a P-1 Working Visa, which were valid for 1 year at a time, and 5-6 months in, you're advised to apply for an extension. The initial cost for the full band (4 members) was about $10,000.00 the first time, and that was 20 years ago. And there are a lot of little hoops to jump through related to doing everything just so - or - getting your request & application rejected.
It's just not as seem-less as you would like... and at some point there will be snags that create more work.
I also believe this is why Erik left Skid Row, as he also has a Wife, a Kid, his Health Issues, and being closer to home, is easier than not.
And sure... I will await all the, "But he's touring with Schenker", etc.
In the end, I think Erik has plenty of work, offers, whether it be solo, a guest in a project or others.

Skid Row should get John Allen (Childs Play/Charm City Devils/Stone Horses), he's an East Coast guy/same age/probably be a fit "socially".

To your point, in the current political climate, I wouldn't want any part of any job that requires leaving the country, ESPECIALLY if you're not a citizen. It's just not worth it.
I'll be shocked if everyone actually shows up for the World Cup or the Olympics.
