A little misleading, Jani is not singing on it and in fact didn't even write the lyrics for it. He just had the title and the some of the music and this Giancarlo dude got it from Jerry Dixon and wrote the lyrics for it.

This definitely feels like a reach considering there's actual real unreleased Jani stuff out there. Jani has a ton of stuff that hasn't come out. His old website had probably 30-40 some song snippets of songs that never got released. There's stuff that's come out on YouTube like Salt Water, Whatever Happened To That Girl, Changes, Serial Killer, American Soil, Love In Vain, Night Crawler.

There's also the Warrant stuff that hopefully comes out in the box set they mentioned they're doing. Pop Music, Medicine Man, Last Action Hero, Been Shot Down, Southern Comfort, Can't Help Myself, New World, Stuck In A Hole, plus the 80s demos like Jimmy The Hand, Party Dolls, School Daze, Cowboy Song, Get Me Off, Tease Machine, Down The Road, Fatal Attraction. Quality versions of those songs would be cool.

If he isn't singing on it, I have no interest at all. Nor do I really see the point. It would be one thing if Warrant reworked it and recorded it, but not just "Frontiers songwriters". Lame.

Well he wrote the music and plays guitar on it, so to me that’s worth listening to. Obviously, I’d rather hear him singing. And Jerry Dixon plays on it, so you’re sort of getting a “little” Warrant.

Meanwhile, Chris Laney (Pretty Maids guitarist/keyboardist, but also a producer who's worked with Crazy Lixx, H.e.a.t, Candlemass and more) is currently "reimagining" some of Jani's old demos, where he's combining polished-up old vocal tracks with newly recorded music. Geez, how much meat can still be picked from the bones of his bloated, alcoholic corpse? He's like a dead raccoon in the middle of the road being picked apart by crows at this point.
