Great band.
I think it's pretty universal that "Ashes of the Wake" is considered their best album.
Lots of great stuff since then though.
"Laid to Rest" is the greatest breakup song of all-time.

Although Not my type of band , I would easily choose:
As The Palaces Burn.
Devin Townsend did a great job producing this album, and they were excellent at Ozzfest that year on tour promoting it.
