Scott & his wife are really quality people. Scott just had a new grandchild so hopefully a speedy recovery.

Said conspiracy acquaintance would likely rail angrily about the food industry being in league with Big Pharma, too, if you let him, though his two favorite conspiracies these days usually revolve around v@cc!ne$ and chemtrails.

Cancer is never funny, but the fact that anti-vaxxers are overrepresented is. One I used to know even died this year and another just had surgery to remove the cancer. And I don't even know that many antivaxxers.

100% I have only met Scott once but i have been friends with his wife for 20 some years. She is super cool.

My brother-in-law‘s best friend was diagnosed with something similar early last year. Tumor was that of a softball. Surgery was successful in Colorado And post recovery he was mountain biking in the mountains within a couple of months. The root cause of it is more than interesting. So many factors come into play.

I've had this surgery, in 2022. Had one removed that was the size of a baseball. Found it when seizures started happening. The good news? Aside from a big scar and a spot on the head I cannot feel, all came back pretty normal. There aren't as many nerves up there as other spots in the body, and while it was uncomfortable for a while due to swelling, it really didn't hurt. I didn't need ANY pain medication after coming home 3 days after surgery. Was able to answer e-mail and even a couple of work questions only 5 days after surgery. 10 days later, worked from home for a week (out of boredom). 17 days later . . . pretty much life as normal.
