What a POS human being he was. If a person walked into an animal shelter with a rifle and shot and killed 17 cats (or dogs) it would make national news and society condem the asshole permanently. I dont give a fuck that he was drugged up and bored. That is no excuse. If it was anyone else they would have been held accountable. If a person shot and killed your cat or dog and was on drugs would you then be ok with it? I bet not. You would want that person dead insted of saying "it's ok he was high on drugs". Ever since the Osbournes tv show, Ozzy has been promoted as a sweet, doddering Grandpa like figure by Sharon. Total nonsense, but it worked.

We need to remember back in the day Platinum selling artists had companies behind them ready to pay people off and keep things quiet. With social media, it's much more difficult to do that.
