There was no Michael Fisher in Heart.
There was a Michael Derosier on drums. and a Roger Fisher on guitar.

Yeah wth kind of AI abortion is this
Re: Seattle Rock Pioneer Michael Fisher, founding member of Heart, passes away .
I meannn, he was never actually IN the band, but he WAS in Ann.
He was one of the few men who has had an all time classic (Magic Man) written about how awesome his cock-related activities were.
What with the passing of Curry Grant (You Make Lovin' Fun) a couple months back, those guys are becoming extremely rare.

Roger should've gotten more recognition as a guitar player. He has a couple of the most well known riffs in rock (Barracuda and Magic Man) as well as some other great songs. Sure it's not the hardest stuff to play, but it sounds cool.
He did get to nail prime Nancy though so I guess that is a fair trade off.
Anyhow, too bad about Michael. The couple of interviews I've seen with him he seemed like a decent guy.
Wasn't he pretty much their manager for most of the 70's? Until him and Ann broke up anyway. Is that correct?

None of that is correct. There were two brothers, Michael and Roger Fisher.
Michael Fisher, who banged Ann Wilson so well that she wrote MAGIC MAN about him just died. He also managed the band some.
Roger Fisher who DID NOT bang Ann Wilson so well that she wrote MAGIC MAN about him, was Heart's guitar player and is still alive.
Different men, different bragging rights.
