Adults OTOH who get it, have no change in their appearance. Since the skull is completely formed their heads do not expand.

I'm no rockandrolljunkie with the medical jargon, but I'm aware of what it is. My parents worked around kids who didn't get that neat little shunt in time (third world country and all), and let me tell you, those kids were never going to be Rhodes Scholars.
