Your Honor:

I would respectfully like to bring to the court’s attention the People’s case against screensiren.

This poster has been incurring wrath and derision from the majority of triple-digit IQ posters due to her lack of reading comprehension skills, her hysterical, unfounded fear of marijuana, her insistence that she’s being stalked and her habit of asserting that her incorrect opinions and theories are sound, even scientifically so, particularly in threads with a medical bent.

For these infractions, she has been called dumb, annoying, stupid, retarded, et.al. To the best of the People’s knowledge, in no instance have any insults been directed towards her in regards to her physical appearance or sexual orientation.

Your Honor, screensiren has chosen to respond to these public opinions by maligning the physical appearances of the posters she most fears, even though she has extremely limited or no knowledge of their actual physical makeup. In addition, she has recently begun to use (what she obviously believes to be cutting flames) negative comments directed toward sexual orientation. While her comments reveal gripping homophobia, more important to this case is the spirit in which the comments were issued. In all instances they were used to elicit the vision of what screensiren deems a less-than-flattering physical appearance.
Within the past 48 hours, screensiren has contributed the following:

“dried up old Diesel Dykes”

“fixated stalking sad old butch fish wives”

“old Bull Dagger” (although the People are unclear on just what a “bull dagger” is)

“Are you the one with the wizened little folds tucked between the elbows or the one who has the pendulous teats flapping over the apron belly?”

Your Honor, in each instance, these sad flames were delivered with the smug inference that screensiren is the physically superior poster.

The People feel that for the sake of truth and justice, that screensiren be hereby ordered to post a recent picture of herself (perhaps holding a current edition of a NZ newspaper).

If it is determined by the Sludge Boards that screensiren is, indeed, a more physically attractive poster than those she has impugned, than she shall be allowed to continue with her sub-par flaming.

However, if the opposite is determined, then the People ask that the court order her to drink bleach, or bestow another set of punitive actions.
We look forward to your opinion on this case
