First, let me point out the source's lack of credibility, as the "Welt" is part of the Axel Springer AG, which happens to be the most evil publishing company in Europe. They cannot and should not be trusted. This is clearly some vile agenda setting scheme that even I am not able to see through as of now, but no matter what they're up to, I am very disappointed that they're doing it at the expense of this innocent implant-dwelling nipple, who probably has a lot of other qualities besides looks.
