Are you talking about Iggy? Iggy's real name was posted in an article about his band. Under Sludge law, that makes it "fair game." The moderator though it was a special case and put a stop to it, even though precedent said it was okay to use his name.

If "going at it" is getting into a flamewar ad infinitum a la DC or Hungwell, then I've never went at it with ANYONE here. Chicke likes to call me 'passive-aggressive' but I have neither the desire, the stamina, nor the 'flaming skills' to go back and forth beyond about 3 posts. In fact this is probably the longest I've engaged anybody here in quite a while.

Iggy rode my ass back in the Axl D'Priest days, probably deservedly so. I don't know if you were posting back then but maybe you'll remember why. If you won't I'm not going to indulge you and refresh your memory.

Over the years I thought he was arrogant about the stuff he liked and didn't like and never hesitated to take a shot at me. But whatever, he was always God on the Gossip Board and had tons of mouth-breathing followers over there so I didn't bother responding. Hell, I didn't and have never spent a ton of time on Gossip Board anyway... you know I'm more of a Lounge/Locker Room/War Board guy.

I admit I hopped in and took some shots on him. He responded back and tried laughing me off, as in "who does this guy think he is?" The posts aren't hard to find and I'll even post 'em for you.

Shit died down and in the last exchange I had with him I joked about cutting his neck with a Beau Nasty LP or something and that was that. No bad blood.

But yeah, I called him Indoor Iggy and made fun of him. I don't feel bad about it. For the 3,573rd time, if he had killed himself because his feelings were THAT hurt over the shit that had been said about him, then yeah, I guess I would have felt a little odd.

But clearly based on the pictures and stories coming out about him, he had a lot more going on socially than anybody here seemed to know about. So clearly he didn't give 2 shits. Which is why I find it funny that everybody is now taking up for him despite all this. The guy didn't care, he took and he gave shit, end of story. Why are you harping on this?
