Amazes me that "creative" can't find something for a guy like Spanky to do.

With his size and his ability on the mic, I think he could have been an awesome mouthpiece for one of the typical big hosses they bring in that can't work the mic. Similar to what they tried to do with him on SmackDown with Zeke, but instead of Zeke being his bodyguard, have Kendrick back him (verbally).

I think he could have also made a great heel commentator.

He'd be good in trying to help resurrect the X-Division, but I hope he ends up back in ROH.

It is being reported that TNA Creative team member Wayne Cowan (former wrestler Dutch Mantel) and TNA Agent Savio Vega have been released by TNA.

Dutch Mantel was very close to Jeff Jarrett. He had been with TNA since 2003. His departure leaves the creative team without a veteran ‘wrestling mind’. This is a big departure for sure.

Savio Vega was brought in as an agent last year after Scott D’Amore’s departure and had been working closely with the Knockouts. He was very close with Jeff Jarrett and Dutch Mantel as well.

There are many who are questioning Jeff Jarrett’s status with the company as well. These are both huge shakeups within TNA.

I've never given up on wrestling, even at it's most wrestlecraptacular. But RAW is trying really hard to drive me away. Now that Miz is gone, there is no real reason to watch. I'm not interested in the HHH/Cena/Orton triumvirate any more. And the "guest host" thing has REALLY run it's course already.

And great way to get the WWE fans to go see your movie, turn heel on them at the end of your guest host spot, after you've already botched the name of the second biggest WWE PPV of the year. Good job Ari...

I thought TNA was actually better than it had been in weeks last night. That's not to say it was good, but it was light years better than this week's Raw.

TNA booking just comes off as so 2nd rate, haphazard and stupid the majority of the time.

Those boring Brits that came out for the main event vs Stink.
They do absolutely nothing before the bell except look stupid (a look that screams JOBBER) and then they are sent away from ringside.
Completely predictible and always stupid Don West for no reason attempts to express immediate outrage about them being removed... done very badly, for no reason and with no results.
Every fucking time.

It's stupid, it's bad announcing that's probably over 100 years old and it just makes Don West and whoever wants him to 'play that stupid character' look like COMPLETE FUCKING IDIOTS.


Stupid shit hyping and promising even more stupid shit does not make me wanna buy a PPV.

Try something new, try something not several decades old and try something not done by the WWE repeatedly since their origin.

Try some things that don't come off so blantantly fucking stupid on paper.

I'm definately a fan of the CM Punk heel turn. However, I'm not a fan of the way the writing department makes all the heels cheats, short-cut artists, and cowards. I'd like to see Punk just come out and whip ass. I can deal with the preachy stuff (although he did get a bit long winded this week), but the coward angle is definately over used.

Tenay has a rare gift in that he can make an entire broadcast unwatchable simply by opening his mouth. As a play by play guy he's as bad, if not worse, than some of the idiots you hear doing commentary in the garbage promotions on youtube.

He was good/tolerable on Nitro as the 3rd guy offering backgrounds and tidbits. That was a great role for him because he knows his shit. The more he talks though, the more you wish that one of the stage lights will fall and crush his larynx. Makes Michael Cole seem like Gordon Solie... and THAT is tough to do.

I'm not a fan of Michael Cole either, but he is better than Tenay and it's obvious Cole is at least directed (over the headsets) by someone with some sort of a clue... and who isn't echoing nothing but tired, old WCW stupidity for their announcer to babble.
