Franco Harris's Steelers were better teams than Walter Payton's Bears but that doesn't change the fact that Walter Payton was a better RB than Franco Harris. By the same token, Joe Montana's 49ers were better teams than Brett Favre's Packers but Brett Favre was a better QB than Joe Montana. 2. Please provide one instance of a quote where I have stated I hate Brett Favre. You can't. 3. I said I lost respect for him because of his constant waffling as a way to skip practice. That's not hatred.

4. I still think he's one of the best ever, just not better than Brady or Montana because he makes far too many stupid decisions - the guy has almost 2 decades of experience yet he still makes boneheaded 2nd year QB type mistakes.

I was referring to the video game, but hey, I'll play along. Madden won a SB in an era long gone. he last coached 30 years ago. He won during an era before it became a true business when sandlot football could still be effective. Favre, being a sandlot QB, is obviously someone that would appeal to Madden. Plus, Favre's admiration for Madden led to Madden being a tad bit biased toward Favre.

Now, assuming madden knows Favre very well, all those years when GB was struggling with losing records and Madden was busy saying "he's having fun out there" - most likely he was simply referring to his sandlot mentality, but what if he actually WAS having fun tossing the ball around in a losing effort ? Couple that with his retirement waffling to skip practices, one could easily say he's an extremely selfish player.

Now, in there interest of referencing people recently active in the game in some capacity who had reached the pinnacle before Reagan was president, let's talk about Al Davis. Al Davis has 1 AFL title and 3 SB titles. He has a proven track record. Would you value his opinion NOW over your own opinion ??

Yep. They both average 237 YPG, and Moon averaged 12.4 YPC to Favre's 11.4.

Plus, Moon is 4th all time in passing yardage, despite his playing 6 years in the CFL.

And he accomplished his numbers playing in RADICALLY different systems.
