As long as people only focus on Cutler they're focusing on the wrong thing. The bottom line is average QBs and other skill players on opposing teams are having games of their careers against the Bears shitty defense. Flacco never sniffed 4 TD in a game before yesterday let alone a 136 rating. Lovie needs to be gone. The fact that Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson will both be in the probowl for different teams means Angelo needs to be gone. This whole thing is broken and there's nothing indicating anyone is doing anything to fix it.

What do you expect Cutler's attitude to be during this abortion anyway? I'd like him to be a little more professional in times of adversity sure, but considering everything that's wrong focusing on his pouting isn't fixing a fucking thing. That said he looks more and more like the son on Two and Half Men every week.

I had him on my team. He got me a shit ton of points. Unfortunately, I also started Brady over Big Ben.

Cutler is an average QB who does more harm than good...his carrer record before this year, with an offensive-minded coach, was .500...he was overrated even in Denver...

Cutler was trumpeted by the stupid as The Final Piece.
The Bears receivers are young and/or bad and the O line is dismal.
Cutler is frustrated now and looks like he wants to cry all the time.
It didn't help that Urlacher went down and the defense can't stop anyone other than one-win teams.
A proud Steve Jones nutswinger since 1977.

You're fucking kidding yourself or sticking to your guns....Either way your high in the fucking knight for defending a veteran QB who's leading the league in interceptions and rated 24th in the league! 25 int's is inexcusable, myself and several others who don't watch football with a blind fold on have been telling you he sucked from the start while you kept insisting he's the real deal. Hell he's thrown 5 more pic's then next QB's on the list and they happen to be ROOKIES!

Typical blind fan, you sound like Tig. Oh well, enjoy your turn overs and keep making excuses.

There are so many other players in the NFL that are worthy of being hated, so why waste your hate on a down to earth blue-collar type guy with no criminal record? I don't get it.

I hate J-Russ so bad even I didn't want him to win the fucking game but obviously the Bronco's D had other ideas. Pass interference, illegal contact? Hell my mom could get lucky and put one in the endzone with an extra 6 shots.

Typical hater bullshit. When Jack Morris refused to come out of Game 7 of the 1991 World Series he was portrayed as the ultimate competitor. This is no different, but because it's trendy to hate Favre this is a predictable spin. Fucking lame.

Holy fuck.

Are you only capable of mentioning long ago events ?

First the Indy comeback from 6 years ago, now this.

The issue isn't his heroic ways. Nobody questions his guts, what with his consecutive games streak. The issue is his uncoachability. It's why Holmgren got fed up and left GB. It's why Sherman was ultimately a flop (because he was too much of a Favre yes man, hence the ridiculous int totals on account of too much sandlot football), it's why the Thompson/McCarthy regime wanted rid of him, it's why he melted down under Mangini and called it an arm problem.

I mean, for the love of fuck, remember his nonsensical "get me Moss or TO or I am retiring" garbage ?

Apparently the biscuits and gravy gobbling dunce forgets that the powerhouse team in the 90s wasn't built that way; Antonio Freeman, Robert Brooks were both 3rd round selections. Chmura was a 6th rounder.

The SB team had a castoff veteran WR who was on his best behavior looking for another contract and they needed someone with reliable hands and experience for the stretch run.

That team was built on drafting a core offense and core defense and plugging pieces through FA.

No, he came to Minnesota realizing they had a stacked team and thinking he was coming to a coach, with a reputation for being tough on his players and had to soften his stance, on the hot seat and thought he could get away with playing Wrangler mudball.

Oh, and nice work comparing football to baseball, dunce.

Jack Morris, and every other pitcher in the history of baseball, didn't get nailed by 6'4, 280 pounds borderline bionic monsters, did/do they ?

Fuck, next you'll compare the 2 minute drill to Hopscotch.

Because it starts with him when it comes to the players on the roster. Sure I'd kill the guy who signed his contract but when it comes to the field Cutlersulk don't give them a change to win, he gives them more chances to lose. The day Cutlerfuck stops throwing turning the ball over will be the day I give him a break.

I've been in the same boat as a fan, my fucking team needs to kill Al Davis but I'd be happy as fuck to see J-Russ get a career ending injury. I get more excited when we punt or kick a FG.

THANK GOD J-RUSS DIDN'T TURN IT OVER AGAIN! When the defense is on the field our chances of scoring doubles from 1% to 2%.

Not in Chicago it doesn't. It starts with a defense that's been overated 9 of the past ten years allowing AZ to convert every 3rd down in the 1st half of the game. It starts with a head coach so inept he calls timeout before throwing and losing a challenge. It starts with run-run-pass-punt AKA Ron Turner. It starts with not having a receiver than can run a route for any other team in the league. It starts with an old, overpaid offensive line that doesn't speicalize in run or pass blocking while having poor footwork and shitty hands. It starts with an overated, overdrafted pretty boy piece of shit tight end that won't run block and can't take a hit over the middle. It starts with shit talking, encroaching useless turds of defensive lineman allowing offensive lineman to open up holes I haven't seen since I saw my first creampie porno.

In Chicago we're used to not having a quarterback. Cutler himself is no better or worse than the Steve Stenstroms who came before him. The Bears have had some shitty teams in my 40 years, but win or lose opposing teams always knew they played the Bears on Monday when they dragged themselves out of bed because the Bears would HIT you. This current bunch is the biggest bunch of hairy pussies I've seen in YEARS.

Unless the McCaskeys want hell to reign down on soldier field next season a lot of things better the fuck change.

Stay tuned on Favre. I just watched Favre's Sunday night press conference again. And I saw something abnormal after bad Favre losses. He was almost beyond grim -- a cross between angry and resigned. Watch it again and see if you see it. With the many reports of Favre and Childress in conflict several times this year, culminating in a spat Sunday night when Favre wouldn't come out of the game against Carolina, you can be sure the two will say all the right things when they surface Wednesday. They're on the same page, they love each other, etc.

But what drove Mike Holmgren crazy when he coached was Favre sometimes over-audibling. Mike McCarthy thought he had it managed well; Favre was more of a game plan runner than a game plan changer, and the Pack succeeded doing it that way.

I'd heard at one point this season that offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell had to talk Childress out of pulling Favre from a game. Now it seems like that incident might not have been uncommon. Childress is strident about his game plans, from what a couple of Vikings have told me, and feels if they've gone to the trouble of spending the week figuring out what will work in the game, the quarterback should carry that out. Favre's view, I'm sure, is that he's out there, and he sees and feels what works best.

But that look on Favre's face, and the monotone of his voice ... that's why I think this isn't over. I think no matter what's said to smooth this over, there's going to be some residue the rest of the way -- and it could be a factor in whether Favre returns to the Vikings in 2010.

It starts with an overated, overdrafted pretty boy piece of shit tight end that won't run block and can't take a hit over the middle. It starts with shit talking, encroaching useless turds of defensive lineman allowing offensive lineman to open up holes I haven't seen since I saw my first creampie porno.
So you're saying it starts with.....defense, head coach, WR's, OL, DL and your TE?

The Bears clearly have a shit load of issues but lets start with the root cause on the field. Unless you have a high powered offense no team is going to be successful when loosing the turn over battle. No team is going to win with a QB that leads the league in INT's.

Run, run, pass, punt is what any coach SHOULD do with a struggling QB, he's got 25 picks and you want him to throw more? The Raiders have a shit QB they can't protect pass on first down and it sure the fuck ain't working. I'm pissed every time that turnover panic happy J-Russ even throws the ball.

If Cutlerfuck would cut his INT's in half your defense wouldn't have their backs against the wall. Chicago don't need gun slinger, they need a QB that don't make mistakes. Take 12 pick's off Cutler's stats and the Bears are instantly a better team.

Yep, here we go again. Favre is a drama queen who can't handle authority, he got away with it in Green Bay because he's that good but if the Vik's loose again or get embarrassingly knocked out of the playoffs things will get ugly quick. Favre's competitive nature and premadonna persona is a double edge sword and a hindrance when his pussy flairs up.

Ahhh, the annual late December and early January Favre unraveling. All that's needed is a 4+ INT game to either cost them the bye or get them knocked out of the playoffs and the cycle will be completed.

It ought to be fun when he totally abandons the game plan in favor of playing gunslinger and starts tossing INTs & Pick-6's. But he sure looks great in September though, doesn't he.

Any predictions for when the melt down game will be?

*Todays KSK Report* God dam if it don't remind me of John's posts.

Jay Cutler has 25 interceptions, 25 excuses

After his three-interception performance against Baltimore on Sunday, Jay Cutler’s season total stands at 25. He’s on pace to throw the most INTs since Brett Favre uncorked 29 in 2005. Jay was kind enough to provide us with an explanation for each of his picks for far. I think we can agree that Jay is just a victim of cruel circumstance.

1. Receiver ran the wrong route.

2. Receiver gave up on the route.

3. Wrong route.

4. Sun.

5. Should’ve been caught.

6. There was mud and stuff on the ball. I asked the ref to wipe it off, but he just acted liked he didn’t hear me.

7. Isidore’s fault. He knows what he did.

8. Leon Hall talked all week about how bad he wanted an interception. Like he’s never even seen one before. I looked him dead in the eye when I threw it. I wanted him to know “See these things you prize more than life itself? I fling them around like they don’t mean a thing.” He acted like he couldn’t hear me, but I could tell he was devastated by my indifference.

9. Christ, I ordered the breadsticks and had them put on my bill—shouldn’t that mean I get one lousy breadstick to myself without having to share with Leopold.

10. Sun.

11. Obvious missed PI call.

12. Sun.

13. Clouds.

14. This ref totally fuckin’ hates me for no reason.

15. Seriously, Isidore. How hard is it to just pick up the fucking phone and call?

16. Wrong route.

17. You can’t go around laying blame for everything single that happens. I feel sorry for you, man. Always trying to compartmentalize everything’s into “Cut’s fault” and “not Cut’s fault.” Fact is, brother, sometimes things just happen that are beyond our control and no one’s to blame. Shit. Just. Happens. Deal with it, man. Oh plus Johnny Knox fell down again for no reason.

18. I completely overthrew this ball. See how I dip my shoulder right at the release? I’ve been making extra throws after practice for a couple of weeks and I think this screw up is a thing of the past. Like I always say, there’s almost nothing that a little hard work, a good attitude and a few more reps can’t fix!

19. “Oh hey I’m Greg Olsen and I’m a fucking dick who always messes shit up for Cut.”

20. Garza just lets his man through unblocked. I think Isidore has been texting him.

21. Tried telling coach this was a bad idea, but he just acted liked he didn’t hear me.

22. Fucking Pixies, man. Been touring again for years now, but still no new record. Fucking cockteases.

23. Should’ve been caught.

24. You have no idea how hard it is growing up in a town called Santa Claus, Indiana when the very idea of Christmas wants to make me puke my fucking guts out. Every year my parents would give me lots of expensive presents. But nothing can fill this void in my soul. This holiday makes me wish I was dead even more than the rest.

25. Wrong route.

*some of my favorite comments*

Rex Grossman only cost the Bears 1 first round draft pick, and he threw less INTs. Scary when you think about it.

“Well, I was trying to fly to Washington, but the Bears intercepted me”

They kept giving me left handed footballs when they know I throw righty.
