Pretty good news for my favorite wrestler:

Jeff Hardy’s next court date will be on Tuesday, July 6th. Hardy’s trial was set to begin this past week and apparently the District Attorney has dropped some of Hardy’s charges as the North Carolina courts website now says he is only being charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Opium. The situation seems to be looking better for Hardy.

I forgot RAW was 3 hours tonight. They seem to be having a lot of these lately, or am I just imagining things?

Loved. LOVED the ending last night...one of the best things ive seen in years...ive really started to not care, watching every monday but listening to music or on the net while its on, but that beatdown was EPIC...really looking forward to seeing where this goes, maybe they will make up for the whole invansion angle from 2000 where they fucked that up for good...we shall see....

Looking forward to NXT tonight...

2 hours and 45 minutes were horrible.
Somehow 15 minutes made up for it.
I just wonder how (not IF) they'll fuck this up.

Excited to see what they will do with this. I loved how Daniel Bryan kept bashing Cena's head to the mat.

Seems to be the general consensus among the IWC.

I had to call a buddy who's on an "out" period with wrestling and tell him to download the show, because that last 15 minutes might be the greatest thing to happen on a wrestling program since Austin/Tyson, or the first time the nWo "took over" WCW Nitro...

Some of that ending was painful to watch.

I was actually hoping they would develope a couple of the characters from NXT. Mainly, Slater and Gabriel. Each need to work on the mic skills. (Slater would be great with a rockstar meets Ric Flair chatter) and obviously experience. I really do think they have potential.
I don't think either will be good as heels.

The question then becomes one of "where they going with this?"
Are they already giving away the outcome of Fatal 4?
Barrett gets his shot at the title with Cena at Summerslam?

I actually figured they would throw the belt on Edge.
He hasn't had a title since he's been back. They've turned him heel and the good guy has been champ too long.
Now, it looks like I was just wrong. :x

Gabriel will be the first to be "cast out". He even looked more "uncertain" about what he was doing last night. That's one thing they gotta explain to make this work, and that is WHY would Slater and Gabriel and Bryan ally with Barrett...

I don't think the NWO even went that far. I mean, these guys took out King, Cole, Striker, the ring announcer, bell ringer, referee, security, Punk, Gallows, Cena AND destroyed everything! Very impressed.

Anyone besides me still care about Matt Hardy? Looks like he is using the Internet to his advantage again? Matt and Jeff Hardy probably have the biggest and most loyal/rabid online followings in wrestling which has translated to great merchandise numbers for Jeff and I am sure Matt doesn't too bad himself. So while this could all be storyline related, I have read on some sites that Matt's contract is up in July.

Matt Hardy Posted the following on his Twitter:

''Do my TRUE fans want me to fight the power & stay in the WWE & win a World Title-or should I go elsewhere? Your feedback is important to me."

OK my people-a tough decision lies ahead. I still have things I want to accomplish in WWE, but it'll be an uphill battle with VKM against me about 6 hours ago via Tweed

Good mornin-got a busy day ahead. About to walk in2 my lawyer's office to figure out the details of a certain contract.. To all a great day! about 7 hours ago via Tweed

Follow more Hardy tweets on Twitter @ MATTHARDYBRAND.

:D PLEASE LET THE SURPRISE BE HEYMAN, Not just as a character but as head writer. 8)

Dixie
Carter has been teasing a big surprise on Twitter that will change TNA
forever:
"It's 6:30 am. Been up for hours. So excited I can't sleep. TNA's about to change forever. Can't wait to share it w/you, my staff, the talent"
...Credit: prowrestling.net...According to Jason Powell, there is a story going around that TNA president Dixie Carter recently had a phone conversation with Paul Heyman. At this point, Carter has not confirmed or denied that theyhave spoken or that Heyman is the surprise she has been talking about on Twitter.
The fact that Carter mentioned speaking with Spike TV president Kevin Kay seems to indicated that the surprise is more than just thesigning of a new wrestler

WWE posted the following on their website:

"WWE has come to terms on the release of NXT first season rookie Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) as of today June 11, 2010. We wish Daniel Bryan the best in all future endeavors."

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, this is merely a storyline release and the first time WWE has done a fake firing on their website.

Danielson's Twitter username has been changed to simply 'bryandanielson' and he posted the following message:

"Just changed my twitter name to Bryan Danielson. The winds of change are stirring."

was just going to post that about Bryan Danielson. In other news, I watched TNA this week. I like almost everyone on that roster but t still has that WCW production feel to it. I'm a part time cameraman and I wanted to straggle TNAs camera guys with their unneccasary swooshs , quick pans and the extreme closeups. Anywho, for real wrestling I guess I'll DVR TNA and for soap opera-esque wrestling I'll watch WWE.

Just read that it's possibly legit since some higher ups who wouldn't be in on a work were the first informed. Apparently he got fired for choking someone with their tie, which is apparently a big no-no since the Benoit thing.

If this is true, they just shot themselves in the foot. But then I've come to expect this kind of stupidity from WWE.

The thing is the news of his firing is not on the WWE Coporate website. So I wonder what is going on.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon showed up at WWE's television tapings this past week with two black eyes and a cut over one eye that went to his forehead, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Nobody seemed to know what happened. Everyone was talking about it privately, but as you can imagine, nobody wanted to be overheard speculating about how Vince got so banged up.

Vince never addressed the situation publicly and if he did tell anybody what happened - they're not talking about it.

Our source says it looked like Vince got into a fight or car accident. Most figured he was in an accident, because if it were a fight, it would be hard to keep that quiet.
====================================================================

I know that's old news, but does anybody know what happened to him?

I still say Bryan Danielson's firing is a work. Cena just posted on his Twitter that he is signing a petition to bring back Danielson. Do you really think the biggest star (Cena) is gonna go against the company that made him a millionaire for a guy he barely knows? Doubtful:

John Cena posted the following on his Twitter account WWEJCena:

"CeNation. 1st, the word is jimbrone. Not jabroni, jaybronee, yadda yadde. Jim Brone. It is an very ancient term that was a predecessor to The iron shieks jabroni, which was then adopted by the rock...and of course made famous. Second....

I am very upset to hear about the release of bryan danielson. Social networks were formed so people would have a voice, and an opinon. I Know you all have your own, theories and whatnot. I respect that. I have never asked any of you to feel a certaint way about me. But Bryan left a lasting impression on the wwe universe in a very short time, and although it came at my expense, I agree with the majority of you who are caught off guard by this choice.

I know I'm not exactly appreciated by all, nor do I care to be, but I believe what I believe. I would like bryan to come back to the wwe.

I would like to sign your petition to bring him back. I was taught to stand up for what I beileve in. I tried and failed, so I could Use some help. Tell me how to sign and I will. If for nothing else, to at least have a chance to have a match with him after what was done

I know that seems a bit more fair. Give me a chance to have a fair match with him, and give him yet another chance to prove that he does"

Cena later added:

"I have signed petition"
